Terms and conditions

EXTRACT OF THE RULES   1. Admission: The license is issued by the responsible desk after submission of documents of identity and place of residence.
 2. Visitors: They must first make themselves known at the reception desk. They are allowed under the responsibility of the tenant, are liable to pay a royalty on the scale in force.
 3. Animals: They must have their immunization records updated, do not bother with untimely barking, not being alone, without a leash and not let their need at the campsite.
 4. Traffic and Parking: Only vehicles registered are allowed to run in compliance with speed limits of 10 km / h. Each tenant is obliged to respect the parking space assigned to his hire, we report the presence of any additional vehicle by paying the extra cost themselves and do not park in the parking lot without permission from management.
 5. Number of rental: The assignment of your lease is absolute power of the campsite management.
 6. Health and Safety: Each tenant is asked to use the garbage containers placed at his disposal and not dump garbage on his site.
 7. Games: No violent games will not be tolerated inside the camp.
 8. Silence: It must be total from 23:00 to 7:00. Please avoid any noise at night and day.
 9. Outdoor: Ban put a tent, awning or other without permission.
 10. Children: They must be accompanied by an adult on the premises of all community facilities (swimming, games, trampoline, toilet block ...). Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION
 Fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasses, plates, bowls, colander, salad, main dish, salad spinner, pot, pans, stove, corkscrew, can opener, coffee machine, dryer machine, shovel, sweep, mop, parasol, Garden Bedding: 1 bed 140x190 and 2.3 or 4 beds 80x190 depending on the type of rental. Sheets and towels are not provided. Options now: baby bed or chair, sheets. Security deposits 500 € and 60 € (with no credit card) will be requested upon arrival. They are guaranteed in case of any damage of equipment or if the household must be redone after your departure. 
The Renter declares to have read and unreservedly accepts the obligations of the contract, conditions of leases and extracts the rules of procedure. For such rental or permanently registered, the lessee must return the rental copy of this contract, duly dated and signed, accompanied by payment of a deposit representing 30% of total stay. The tenant agrees to pay the balance of his stay 30 days before his arrival at Camp. Otherwise, the site reserves the right to treat the booking as canceled. In case of cancellation, payments will remain in the rental, so in case of early departure to the end date of stay: there will be no refund made, the lessee has the option of insurance cancellation 'to d a body of his choice. The tenant is also obliged to cover its liability under a contract of insurance. In case of dispute, only the court of VANNES will have jurisdiction.
